I suppose it says something about us urbanites that we hardly notice them. I know I never did. Always too busy. But when I had to mix among them, I began to realize how many there were. I heard more plinking and twanging the night of July than I ever wanted to. Fortunately, some of it was good. And in one case, it put me on the right trail. |
