Teschmacher Peaks
After buying up hundreds of acres of worthless desert land, Lex Luthor reprograms a missile to detonate in the San Andreas Fault, hoping to cause everything west of the fault to sink into the ocean, leaving his land as the new West Coast of the United States, with locations that he will name after himself. There are even a couple of mountains named after his girlfriend, Eve Teschmacher.
