According to Dwight, the date that Dwight's biggest client - Daniel Schofield of Harper Collins, also referred to as The Whale - tried to switch paper providers for an obscure sociology textbook, but was hung out to dry when the price of glossy stock increased. Schofield called Dunder Mifflin, and his order was filled within an hour. According to Michael, the last day that Schofield evaluated his paper needs.
