Meeker Springs
When Lois and Clark are sent on assignment to cover an event called the Cherry Festival, their car breaks down near the town of Meeker Springs, where they encounter a strange little village that celebrates the anniversary of the meteor storm with a human sacrifice (Lois) as part of their Harvest Celebration. And Clark doesn't have any powers, since the town was coated with blue Kryptonite.
